Same-day urgent in-office appointments with Registered Nurse (RN)
Available Monday–Thursday, 2:00–4:00 PM. Appointments open for booking at 10:00 AM each day. For urgent issues only and must be one of the following:
- Cold, flu, cough, or sore throat
- Urinary tract infection symptoms
- Non-flu injections (as ordered)
- Sprains, strains, or minor injuries (non-chronic)

Same-day Urgent Tele-appointments with Dr. Charkhsaz and Dr. Totounchian.
Available Monday–Wednesday, 4:00–6:00 PM. Online booking opens daily at 10:00 AM (first-come, first-served). Choose Same Day Urgent Appointment and select Telephone or Video. These visits are for urgent concerns only. Non-urgent bookings may be cancelled to keep access fair. Not for emergencies — call 911.
