Same-Day Urgent Care Tele-Appointments
To accommodate the urgent needs of patients beyond our regularly scheduled appointments, Dr. Charkhsaz and Dr. Totounchian are offering a limited number of same-day urgent care Telephone/Video appointments three days a week—Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM.
Online booking opens daily at 10:00 AM and is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
To book a same-day appointment on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday, please visit select ‘Online Booking’ on this page, then choose ‘2-Same-Day Urgent Appointment”. You will then have two options , to select either Telephone or Video for your appointment.
These appointments are intended for urgent medical concerns that cannot wait for our regular appointment availability and require more immediate attention. If your concern is not urgent, please use our regular appointment system.
Please note that these appointments are not for emergencies. For emergency situations, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
If you require urgent care on days when this service is not available—such as Thursdays, Fridays, weekends, or holidays—we recommend visiting a local urgent care clinic.

If you need a same-day in-office visit, please book online after 10:00 AM to reserve your spot, leave a note during the booking explaining why the appointment should be in-person, and then call us to leave us a voice mail describing your request . Based on doctor availability and the nature of the visit, we will do our best to accommodate you.

Same-day Urgent In-office (Registered Nurse)
Monday–Thursday, 2:00–4:00 PM. Booking opens 10:00 AM each day.
For urgent, non-chronic concerns only, such as:
- Cold, flu, cough, sore throat
- Urinary tract infection symptoms
- Injections (excluding flu shots; we do not offer flu-shot clinics).Patients must obtain the medication and injection supplies from their pharmacy and bring them to the clinic.
- Sprains, strains, or minor injuries
